These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ColorBlend, including its color-palette gallery, generator, Collection feature, downloads, links, and community submissions. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ColorBlend.
Using ColorBlend
ColorBlend provides color inspiration and practical tools for designers, artists, makers, marketers, and other creators. You may browse palettes, copy color values, download palette images, save favorites locally, and create or submit a four-color palette, subject to these Terms.
Use of colors and palette downloads
Individual color values, including HEX and RGB values, may be used in personal and commercial design work. Palette combinations and downloaded images are provided as inspiration and a productivity aid. You are responsible for checking suitability, accessibility, contrast, color accuracy, printing results, and any third-party requirements that apply to your project.
Your submissions
You retain any rights you may have in original material you submit. By submitting a palette, you grant ColorBlend a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, display, format, categorize, promote, and distribute the submitted palette as part of operating and presenting the service. This license allows ColorBlend to publish the palette in the gallery and show it on category, search, recommendation, and social-preview surfaces.
You confirm that your submission does not include confidential information and that you have the right to share any name or other material included with it. Do not use palette names to impersonate others, advertise unrelated services, or publish personal information.
Moderation
Community submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit a palette’s name, category, or colors; reject duplicate, broken, misleading, low-quality, or inappropriate submissions; unpublish an approved palette; or permanently remove content. Publication is not guaranteed, and moderation decisions may be made without advance notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ColorBlend. Prohibited activity includes attempting unauthorized access; interfering with the service; submitting malicious code; scraping or sending automated requests in a way that burdens the website; manipulating likes or popularity; evading moderation; submitting unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content; or using ColorBlend to harm another person or system.
ColorBlend content and branding
The ColorBlend name, logo, website design, interface, written content, software, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy the website, reuse its branding, sell access to the service, or represent that another product is affiliated with ColorBlend.
Saved collections
The Collection feature uses an anonymous browser identifier to remember palettes you like. It is not an account-based backup service, so a Collection may differ in another browser or device, in private browsing, after site data is cleared, or when a palette is removed from ColorBlend. You are responsible for keeping separate records of colors important to your work.
Third-party services and links
ColorBlend may depend on or link to third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of an external service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Service availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, continued publication of any palette, or compatibility with every browser and device. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
Disclaimers
ColorBlend is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that palettes will meet a particular creative, technical, legal, accessibility, or production requirement. On-screen colors can differ across displays, software, printers, inks, materials, and lighting conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorBlend and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, design or production costs, or reliance on a palette. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access, block abusive activity, remove submissions, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain security and availability. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as ColorBlend changes. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
